Product Detail

Garrus is crafted solely from Chateau d’Esclans' vineyards, primarily using grapes from a century-old Grenache parcel. Harvests occur in the cool mornings to maintain freshness, and upon cellar arrival, grapes undergo optical sorting to guarantee only the highest quality is used.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance: Pale salmon pink in colour.

Aroma: On the nose, there are concentrated aromas and flavors of dried citrus, peaches and passion fruit. This gives the rose a powerful nose.

Taste: On the palate, a bright acidity with glazed pear and pineapple filling the mid palate. Garrus’ toasty notes are reminiscent of a vintage Champagne without the bubbles.
