Our signature single malt has been reimagined. Now aged 12 years, The Original retains the smooth, luscious character you know and love while offering even greater depth of flavour. It is where all our whisky making adventures begin and remains at the heart of everything we do.

Matured for 12 years in bourbon casks, the whisky slowly develops layers of rich and delicate flavours. The result is a vibrant single malt that opens with a bright rush of citrus, followed by notes of creamy vanilla, honey, and ripe peach.

The whisky has been met with delight by the critics, who gave it a coveted gold medal at the prestigious World Whiskies Awards 2024.

EXPERT REVIEW

Appearance: Bright pale gold

Aroma: The scent of citrus and ripening peaches is softened by the aroma of vanilla.

Taste: First, vanilla is detected on the tongue before it ripples along the palate bringing a burst of flowery fruitiness. About a minute after tasting, you are left with a clean and salving aftertaste with hints of orange and peach.

Versatile with notes of citrus and vanilla, enjoy it with seafood, light pastries, or soft cheeses.
