Product Detail

Made from fruit grown in around 10 plots in three organically farmed high-altitude vineyards, this 2022 vintage is a fruity, spontaneous and balanced chardonnay. It has an excellent sugar-acidity ratio that can only be found in grapes grown at high altitude, where cold overnight temperatures help to slow the ripening process.

TASTING NOTES

Appearance: Yellow colour with greenish hues.

Aroma: Delicate and elegant nose with floral aromas, white peach and orange blossom. Well integrated oak delivers notes of vanilla and coconut.

Taste: Creamy and unctuous, well balanced with bright acidity that enhances its liveliness, developing an aftertaste of dried peaches and lime.
