A Chardonnay led sparkling wine, CHANDON Brut celebrates the high-quality vineyards of our corner of Australia alongside the complexity deriving from our French heritage and the méthode traditionnelle. The complexity and overall balance of Chandon Brut stems from the large diversity of vineyard locations, which vary in altitude, age and aspect. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier grapes were selected from a range of premium cool climate vineyards in the southern wine regions of Australia. The main contributing regions were the Yarra Valley, Goulburn Valley and King Valley

EXPERT REVIEW

Appearance: A pale straw color with hints of green.

Aroma: Typically presents a bouquet of fresh and vibrant aromas, combining the crispness of green apple and citrus fruits with subtler undertones of pear, almond, and brioche.

Taste: Offers a vibrant blend of apple, pear, and citrus flavors, complemented by hints of almond and brioche due to the yeast contact during the traditional method of sparkling wine production.

Fresh seafood is a nice place to start, think oysters, fresh scallops and grilled calamari. Delicious soft white cheeses also pair well with Chandon Brut.
