Appearance: Pale salmon pink in colour.

Aroma: On the nose, there are concentrated aromas and flavors of dried citrus, peaches and passion fruit. This gives the rose a powerful nose.

Taste: On the palate, a bright acidity with glazed pear and pineapple filling the mid palate. Garrus’ toasty notes are reminiscent of a vintage Champagne without the bubbles.

The perfect culinary companions for this exceptional wine include steak, baby lamb chops and ribs.
