    Aroma: In nose, it presents a highly diverse aromatic palette. The plum and cherry notes from Las Compuertas blend with the violet and thyme aromas from Paraje Altamira, and complement with the blackberry, blueberry, and rosemary notes from Los Chacayes.

    Taste: In mouth, it presents a complex balance, velvety tannins, and silky texture. Good acidity, ample volume in mouth with a subtle layer of typical toasted aromas resulting from its aging.

    Ideal to pair with grilled and slow-cooked beef with wine reductions. This wine also pairs beautifully with stewed lamb and mature or smoked cheese.
