Inspired by the delights of an ice cream parlour, A Tale of Ice Cream is Glenmorangie's fifth release in their 'A Tale of' Series.
Glenmorangie's Director of Whisky Creation, Dr. Bill has a notable fondness for ice cream, which he finds irresistible. Enchanted by the elegant pleasures of his favourite ice cream parlour, he envisioned a whisky brimming with decadence and lavish swirlsof flavour.

A Tale of Ice Cream is a delightful indulgence, combining the melting notes of peach melba with scoops of lemon sorbet and vanilla, all topped with coconut flakes and toffee sauce.
Crafted by Dr. Bill and Master Blender, Gillian McDonald, this whisky is aged in high-vanillin and bourbon casks at Glenmorangie, bringing out its richest and creamiest qualities to their tantalizing peak.

Tasting Notes:
AROMA:
A burst of manuka honey with lemon-flavoured butter candy, baking raisin bread, candied orange peel, peaches, toffee and a hint of spice

Glenmorangie Affagato
Ingredients:
• 35 ml A Tale of Ice Cream
• Vanilla Ice Cream
• Espresso ShotAdd 35ml A Tale of Ice Cream, a dash of vanilla ice cream to a glass coffee cup. Slowly pour the hot espresso over the top of the ice cream. Give the drink a gentle stir and serve with a teaspoon.

Popcorn Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
• 50 ml A Tale of Ice Cream
• 20 ml Toffee Popcorn Syrup
• A dash of Angostura BittersCombine 50 ml A Tale of Ice Cream, 20 ml toffee popcorn syrup, a dash of Angostura Bitters in a mixing glass with ice and stir till chilled and diluted. Strain over a large block of ice in a rocks glass and garnish with three pieces of toffee popcorn.

Glenmorangie Sgroppino
Ingredients:
• 35 ml A Tale of Ice Cream
• 100 ml Champagne
• 5ml Vanilla Syrup
Whisk together 35 ml A Tale of Ice Cream, 100 ml champagne, 5 ml vanilla syrup, and a scoop of lemon sorbet. Pour into a chilled wine glass and garnish with a mint leaf.
