EXPERT REVIEW

Appearance: Pale yellow colour, with almond green and jade hues.

Aroma: Fresh fruits, dominated by ripe cedar, juicy pear or freshly harvested peach. Scents of magnolia, accompanied by spicy note of ginger and pink peppercorn.

Taste: Singular and harmonious texture giving palate between tension and roundness. Underlined by lively aromatic freshness of ripe citrus and exotic fruits.

For a perfect tasting experience, Ruinart suggests to pair Ruinart Blanc de Blanc with a fresh and refined cuisine: as a starter, serve avocado toast, coriander, lemon zest & Espelette pepper, as an entrée,serve carpaccio of sea bass with citrus fruit and crunchy vegetables, as a dessert, pair it with financier, matcha cream and pear.

Reims, Champagne France

James Suckling 92 POINTS - A very appealing style that captures the elegance of chardonnay in a way that is still immensely satisfying. The aromas are all based around lemon, grapefruit, fresh floral notes and stone fruits. The palate delivers a ripe impression, flavoursome and full, with peach custard and lemon brulee. Acidity is nicely placed below. Drink now.
